Deep corrugated sheets are premier protective outer surfaces for mechanical insulation systems on flat surfaces, equipment, towers, vessels, and vertical cylindrical tanks.
AAC’s deep corrugated sheets protect the insulation and underlying surface from physical damage, UV exposure, corrosive atmospheres and water. These sheets are available in smooth and stucco finish with or without moisture barrier.

Deep corrugated sheets are available in different profiles:

Smooth finish deep corrugated sheets:
Smooth finish deep corrugated sheets are widely used since they provide best protection against water, and give the surfaces a clear look.

Stucco finish:
This finish is attained by processing natural mill finish material via embossing rollers. It offers a surface that diffuses light thus reducing glare and reflectivity. Also, stucco finish makes the metal less susceptible to finger-print stains and scratches
